Just want to say out of my ungodly amount of dealership visits to other places in GA, others cities & states this dealer was TOP NOTCH. By far the only place I’ve went to where it felt like I wasn’t getting swept under the rug, taken advantage of and was treated like family. To the extent of working a deal that wasn’t the original plan and getting into a new truck I didn’t think was possible. Highly recommend this dealership from the sales team to the management team. Solid work, and will be back for future endeavors.

This was the smoothest and quickest stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was able to find the car I have been looking for online, get a price quote, receive detailed pictures and videos, get the value of my trade and have the car delivered within less than 2 days! Everything was completed over the phone by a few phone calls, texts and emails. I have to say I don’t think I have received such good service from any other dealership I’ve dealt h with in the past as I did with Hutchinson Cadillac! Rose was one of the main salespersons I communicated with and she was always responsive to any question I had by text and provided excellent customer service. Everyone that I spoke with or communicated with over the phone was super friendly and eager to help me with any question I had from very small car details such as accessory and package options, to the bigger questions I had regarding warranty, protection and financing. I finalized the entire deal on a Thursday and had the car delivered all the way from Georgia to my doorstep in NC by Friday afternoon. The driver was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable when he arrived, answering any question I had and guiding me in the final paperwork signage. I highly recommend this dealership for their knowledgeable and efficient service I received from everyone staff member that helped me throughout the process!

Rose, went above and beyond what is expected from an automobile sales person. Ryan Rock the F&I Manager went over everything thoroughly and was very professional. From the time I pulled up to the dealership to the minute, I left I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect( Hutchison Cadillac GMC of Macon Georgia) and the way out the door, the GM Steve Winters made a special effort to make sure everything was all right and then walked me through the service department and the parts department and familiarized me with the whole dealership. He also went above and beyond what I expected. I’ll give the dealership a five star rating and recommend not only my friends but my mother to do business with this organization. Had a very pleasant visit and I’m pleased with the results. Byron was excellent and very patient with me because I was having difficulty hearing as my hearing aids were malfunctioning. He is a gentleman and an expert salesman. Made my day!

Unprofessional, they're only interested in your wallet. I dealt with two salespeople who were not very knowledgeable. I communicated a simple request to sales and finance mgr. and not one made it happen. Vehicle was delivered to me missing eqjuipment, I had to make calls regarding the status, because mgmt and sales lacked the courtesy of proper follow-up. Still waiting on tags, which finance mgr. said he'd rush, called him yesterday, said he'd follow-up and call me right back, didn"t hear back from him. While the issues are minimal, my discontent could have been avoided if someone seemingly cared. This was the 2nd new vehicle purchased from this dealership within 5 yrs, guess that has no significance. My interaction with the service dept. was excellent.
