Overall the service was ok. Not the best. If we were given a better sales rep in the beginning, our opinion about Hutchinson would be a lot more positive. This was the smoothest and quickest stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was able to find the car I have been looking for online, get a price quote, receive detailed pictures and videos, get the value of my trade and have the car delivered within less than 2 days! Unprofessional, they're only interested in your wallet. I dealt with two salespeople who were not very knowledgeable. I communicated a simple request to sales and finance mgr. and not one made it happen. Vehicle was delivered to me missing eqjuipment, I had to make calls regarding the status, because mgmt and sales lacked the courtesy of proper follow-up. Had my Yukon towed in. Had Justin as a service advisor, and worked with Jeremy in sales. With a multitude of issues from GM, Justin kept us informed and was able to get us squared away. However, this last service required a lot on their side dealing with extended warranty work. Carlos absolutely did not disappoint. We own a 2017 Buick Encore. We had a hose blow out and after 6 tries , 2 with O'Reillys, 2 with Advanced Auto and 2 with 5 Star in Warner Robbins all ordering the wrong part.
