DJ was amazing! Worked with me on a price point of a new 2026 2500 AT4. Quick and smooth transaction. Only problem I had was being told the truck had a lifetime warranty by another sales rep. And turned out it did not. Other than that wonderfull experience.
Hutchinson GMC Cadillac is an awesome dealership from the initial sale and then into the service department. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been excellent, including the salesman, the service writer, the mechanics, and the service manager. We bought a certified used car a 2025 Chevrolet Equinox with only 15k miles from here for our daughter on December 8th. After the deal was completed, we found out that the car only came with one key. Was told we were welcome to purchase a second key. When we got home and was trying to figure the car out, we found that we didn’t have an owners manual in the car. I called and was told that I could purchase one as well. A person would think that purchasing a certified vehicle you would at least got an owners manual.

Had our 6 month old brand new truck towed there last February because it died on the freeway. Took them 3 weeks to do warranty work. They said they would pay for rental car, but we had to pay upfront. Talked to Theresa in service at least 10 times, GMC at least 5 times and never saw a dime. We ended up eating the whole rental car bill. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! Do not trust anything that service says!

Unprofessional, they're only interested in your wallet. I dealt with two salespeople who were not very knowledgeable. I communicated a simple request to sales and finance mgr. and not one made it happen. Vehicle was delivered to me missing eqjuipment, I had to make calls regarding the status, because mgmt and sales lacked the courtesy of proper follow-up.
